Buck learns that he is not the only human from the Twentieth Century now is living in the Twenty-Fifth: an eleven-year-old genius named Hieronymus Fox is also from the displaced astronaut’s time period, and he currently holds the position of president of the planet Genesia. But when the young whiz-kid is kidnapped by the villainous Roderick Zale, the ransom demanded is too high for Genesia to pay. After Fox’s bodyguard, the beautiful Lieutenant Dia Cyrton manages to escape from Zale, she turns to the Earth Defense Directorate for help. Buck and Wilma agree to help rescue Fox, and together with Cyrton they set off to find a way into Zale's fortified base…
